2. Products, Content and Specifications
All designs, content, specifications, and prices of products described on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. Since our nail sets are handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, or finish may occur between the product photos and the item you receive. We make every effort to accurately represent our designs, but actual colors may vary depending on your screen. By placing an order, you confirm that the products will be used only in a lawful and safe manner.
3. Shipping Limitations
Once an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout, provided that address is valid and deliverable. Risk of loss and responsibility for the item passes to you once it is handed to the courier. You are responsible for promptly notifying us of any damage or loss during transit so we can assist with a claim.
4. Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped outside Pakistan, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. All international shipments are subject to inspection and assessment by that country's customs authority in accordance with local law.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
6. Return Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, worn, glued, or trimmed nail sets cannot be returned or exchanged. Fully custom designs made to a customer's specific request are final sale and not eligible for return.
7. Ordering Directly
We do not require you to create an account to place an order. All orders are handled directly through direct messaging, WhatsApp, or our order form. By placing an order, you confirm that you are providing accurate and truthful information (name, address, contact number) and that you have the authority to place the order. Your Nail Stories reserves the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or request additional verification at its discretion.
